Vital is manufactured at Paragon Carpet Tiles’ UK facility in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. It features a yarn weight of 500gsm, total weight of 4090gsm and has a total thickness of 5.5mm.
Its specification is supported with a Bfl-s1 flammability rating and is perfectly suitable for castor chairs. As such, it has comfortably achieved a heavy contract classification and has been provided with a 10-year warranty. This product is EPD verified.
Furthermore, it is manufactured using “Envirobase” carpet tile backing, which features a minimum of 75% recycled material, supporting its environmental credentials.
In total, there are 16 different colours in the Vital range, which is made up of eleven plain designs and five striped patterns. The collection solely utilises a modern palette of greys and blues, alongside a subtle brown. The colour bank assists specifiers and installers in creating contemporary spaces, no matter how large or small.
The overall specification and options available make Vital one of the most adaptable carpet tiles for commercial installation. Vital is suitable for education facilities, apartments offices, retail and leisure sectors, amongst others.
