Nurturing Learning Through Colour With Paragon Tiles
Paragon Carpet tiles have been involved in a project to improve literacy within children at Cambridge Central Library.
The innovative project which has taken a year to implement, started off as the brain child of specifier ‘ Design Concepts’. The idea was to improve child literacy within the library, by providing a bright and interesting colour scheme that would encourage youngsters to engage with their surroundings and view the library as a place they wanted to be rather than had to be in!
By using limes and contrasting greys the scheme delivered colours that are known for innovation and concentration, ideal for developing learning habits at the library.
Paragon Carpets not only supplied the product but also aided the installer who comments, ” This project was on such a tight schedule even I had to help out in the end, it was however comforting to know we could rely on Paragon Carpets to provide stock at such short notice delivered to site” Managing Director, Simon Johnson, Simply Interiors
For this project the Paragon Carpets – Sirocco product line was used due to its heavy contract status and bright lime colours which could compliment the quartz concentration colour in the range.
