An aluminium entrance system was the best solution for the hospital, particularly the 12mm thick Frameworks 12 system – one of the most popular products in the Mat.Works range. The product was fitted complete with Workspace Entrance ‘Vulcan’ inserts, providing a sleek, modern finish.
As with most of the projects the company undertakes, Mat.Works worked closely with the customer to understand their requirements – managing the entire project from sizing up and recommending products through to the installation.
An anodised version of Frameworks 12 is also available, in either black or bronze.

As part of the building’s developments, the site required a specialist entrance matting system that would protect the rest of the flooring throughout the building, whilst also limiting the risk of slips, trips and falls to staff and visitors alike.
