That’s why we’re proud to announce that our Workspace Loop carpet tiles are now manufactured using ECONYL yarn from our partner Aquafil. Just like our Total Contrast range, 100% of the yarn is made from reclaimed waste Nylon products that are regenerated into Nylon yarn that is as good as virgin Nylon 66.
Our sister company Mat.Works has also made some steps towards using more recycled content. Workspace Entrance and Frontier Fusion matting are now manufactured from 100% Econyl Yarn.

Built to Last, Designed for Reuse
Sustainability also means longevity. Our hardwearing carpet tiles are designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and resist wear and tear, ensuring they stay looking their best for years to come. But what happens when it’s time for a change? We recommend using tackifier or IOBAC tab-it or equivalent for installation. This method allows for easy uplift and replacement without damaging the subfloor, eliminating the need for messy and time-consuming latexing. Say goodbye to costly and time-consuming floor preparation!

Closing the Loop: Our Take Back Scheme and Recycling Initiatives
We believe in taking responsibility for our products throughout their lifecycle. Our take back scheme allows you to return full boxes of unopened tiles for restocking, minimizing site waste. And for tiles that have reached the end of their life, we’re developing a network of recycling partners to ensure responsible disposal and potential reuse.
Next year, we aim to expand our recycling program to include all carpet tiles, regardless of the manufacturer. We’re also exploring opportunities to provide carbon offsetting certificates for tiles that can be cleaned and reused by charities, further supporting your sustainability goals.
