Paragon’s Strobe Carpet Tiles in ‘Force’ at The Design Show, Egypt
Paragon Carpet Tiles is delighted to announce further expansion into the Egyptian market, thanks to the exceptional efforts of our dedicated distributor, Union Corp. Their expertise and commitment have been instrumental in establishing our brand presence and building strong relationships with local customers and specifiers.
Back in May, Adrian and Abdelsalem met with Architects, Interior Designers and Fit-Out companies on the stand at The Design Show in Cairo. Union Corp selected our Strobe carpet tiles in the colour Force to complement the back wall of the stand to create a magnificent display. The exhibition stand attracted a lot of visitors who were interested in learning more about Paragon Carpet Tiles for their office design projects.
Salem was Impressed by our Factory
We recently welcomed Abdelsalem from Union Corp to our factory to witness firsthand the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. From loading the yarn, to tufting, latexing, backing and cutting the tiles. He also visited other companies within the National Floorcoverings group and looked around Yorkshire, before going to explore London. Overall, his visit was a resounding success, with Abdelsalem expressing immense admiration for our operations. It was a testament to our dedication to excellence and we were bowled over when he described our facility as:
“The most organised factory I have ever visited,”

During the tour, we had the pleasure of guiding Abdelsalem through our state-of-the-art facilities. We showcased our diverse range of machinery, including our custom-made tiling line, a product of local Yorkshire craftsmanship. This unique machine demonstrates our dedication to supporting local businesses and delivering innovative solutions.

We also showed Abdelsalem our cutting-edge infinity machine which has 810 ends, each one controlled by a Servo. This remarkable technology allows us to precisely adjust loop heights using CAD software, enabling the creation of intricate and multi-level loop structures within our carpet tile designs. This feature adds a new dimension of customization and design possibilities to our product offerings.
