Product: MatWorks – Frameworks 22C

MatWorks, a market-leading entrance matting specialist recently supplied its Frameworks 22C aluminium entrance matting solution to the DHL offices in Manchester Airport.

Previously, the site was using bespoke logo mats as its primary entrance solution, instead of the secondary or tertiary system that it should be. As a result, the throw down logo mats were getting significantly worn and were not providing adequate protection to the rest of the floor throughout the building.

Therefore, the site required retrofit aluminium entrance systems throughout the various entrance and exits. After consultation and a site visit, MatWorks supplied Frameworks 22C as the solution, due to the current wood flooring being 20mm deep. Frameworks 22C, which is 22mm thick, required minimal adjustment to fit once the current floor was taken out.

MatWorks oversaw the entire project, from discussing requirements fit through to fitting the bespoke system in the newly formed matwell.
