MatWorks, a market-leading entrance matting specialist recently supplied its Frameworks 12 aluminium entrance matting solution to Building 1000, a modern office development in the London Borough of Newham.

The glass-fronted building, with views across Royal Albert Dock, is a prominent feature of the local area, with a number of businesses using the recently developed office space throughout.

Due to the scale of the building, it has a number of revolving door entrance/exits,  all of which require the support of a specialist entrance mat to protect the carpet and flooring throughout the building.

MatWorks provided a number of Frameworks 12 products to the site, whilst also providing support to the project from specification to installation. The team not only delivered a square entrance mat to fit the various mat wells, but also worked around the complexities of having to install the system around the revolving doors.

In order to fit the style of the modern building, the client selected Workspace Entrance inserts in the colour Vulcan. Not only do the Workspace Entrance inserts provide a sleek finish, but they also deliver the carpet support the Frameworks entrance system requires.

Frameworks 12 forms a crucial part of the Frameworks range of aluminium entrance systems, with the 12mm depth providing a low profile for recess mat wells or areas with limited space.
