Thankyou for your samples request - your order will be approved by your local area sales manager and then delivered to you wihtin 48 business hours - please contact apotts@paragon-carpets.co.uk if you do not receive your samples within this time limit.

HOW TO ORDER SAMPLES ONLINE FROM PARAGON:

1) To Order Tiles or Sample Cards - Go to the Product Selection tab on the left hand side of the website homepage. Click through to the market sector you are interested in and then the product name you are interested in eg: Navigator Plus

2) Scroll down to the swatch samples to the bottom left of each product.Place the cursor over the colourway you are interested in eg:"Abyss Blue"

3) click on the colour/swatch you are interested in "it will automatically move to your shopping basket". Look to the top right of the screen - the top menu bar shows a tab called "order samples online". Click on this tab

4) you will see your requested swatch sample (eg: Abyss Blue) and colour way in the menu.To complete your order simply fill in your contact details and delivery address where you would like your sample sending to

5) To order more than 1 sample at any one time simply continue clicking on sample swatches that you are interested in and these will also automatically add themselves to your shopping basket. Then follow instructions from no.3 of this list to complete your order.
